About Christian Cannon

Christian is a Provider with Apogee Behavioral Medicine who recieved his MSW from UNCG and NCAT. His background is in working with college aged students with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities as well as the unhoused population of downtown Greensboro. He wishes to build a positive relationship with those who are seeking therapy while cultivating their own desired skills in and out of session while living interdependent in the world we are in.

Christian recieved his LCSW-A in the summer of 2024 but began his journey in the Mental Health field in 2017. With this stepping stone in his journey he hopes to hone his skills to give his patients the care that they want but also the care they deserve.

Christian is from North Carolina where he earned his Bachelors in Psychology with a focus in preoccupational therapy. After which he decided to pivot to Social Work as it fit with his view of how treatment should be given. When he is out of office, he loves to read (mostly fantasy), play card games like Magic the Gathering or a variety of board games, or catch up on movies that have been on his list for far too long.
