About Haley Yost
Hi! My name is Haley Yost. As a clinician, my goal is to help individuals find balance and experience meaningful healing from within. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. In addition, I support people seeking clarity in their identity and voice.
I also have experience working with PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use disorders, borderline personality disorder, and OCD. I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they work toward positive change and emotional growth.
In my practice, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I am also in the process of becoming fully trained in EMDR to further support trauma work.
At the center of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe trust and connection create the foundation for meaningful progress. Because of that, I focus on building a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges.
Through collaboration, humor, and a strengths-based approach, we work together to set clear goals. From there, we take practical steps toward lasting change and healing.
Outside of work, I value creativity and self-care. I enjoy gardening, painting pottery, and walking with my four cats (yes, four—and they have a stroller). I also love baking sourdough bread.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to work with you. Let’s take that first step together.
