About Julia Oesterle
Julia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is committed to building a strong therapeutic alliance with every client. She provides person-centered, evidence-based therapy to support each individual’s unique needs. She uses a solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral approach along with dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
Julia holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She works with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, loss, illness, aging, and stress in relationships. Her background includes outpatient, inpatient, and emergency experience in mental health center, community college, and hospital settings.
Away from work, she enjoys escaping to the mountains, spending time with her family, and spoiling their cats and dog.
