About Chelsea McGhee
Hello, my name is Chelsea McGhee, LCSWA. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges, emotional distress, and personal growth. I am passionate about helping clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.
My work includes supporting both adults and children experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, stress, and life transitions. I also enjoy helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or uncertain about their next steps in life. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, focusing on helping clients build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and create patterns that support long-term emotional well-being.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. My goal is for clients to feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I work alongside clients to identify meaningful goals, develop practical tools for managing life’s challenges, and strengthen confidence in their ability to move forward.
Seeking therapy can be a powerful step toward healing and self-understanding. I am honored to support clients on their journey toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.
