About TyZhane Young
Tyzhane Young, LCSWA, specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She supports clients across a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. She brings a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to therapy, tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs.
Tyzhane is trained in multiple evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. She also incorporates elements of play therapy, grief work, and family-focused approaches to create an engaging and well-rounded therapeutic experience.
Her clinical background includes experience across school-based, outpatient, and day treatment settings. She now focuses exclusively on providing outpatient therapy services. She enjoys working closely with families. When appropriate, Tyzhane coordinates with schools and other providers to support well-rounded, meaningful progress beyond the therapy room.
Tyzhane is passionate about ongoing professional growth and is currently working toward full clinical licensure while pursuing a Doctorate in Social Work. She is committed to helping clients build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
