Colleen McMillen, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who brings a compassionate, collaborative, holistic approach to mental health care. Colleen earned her Master of Science in Nursing Frontier Nursing University in 2025, specializing in psychiatric care across the lifespan.
With over 25 years of foundational nursing experience, Colleen possesses a deep, well-rounded understanding of patient care that beautifully informs her psychiatric practice. Over her career as a PMHNP, she haves specialized in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, with a particular focus on ADHD, mood and psychotic disorders, substance use disorders and supporting individuals navigating complex life transitions. She believes that true healing begins with a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic partnership, blending careful diagnostic assessment and thoughtful medication management to empower patients on their path to wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new adventures, traveling, and of course reading an interesting book, binge watching a television series, or digging into the newest documentaries.
