About Taylor Ellis

Taylor Ellis, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated mental health professional based at Apogee Behavioral Medicine in Greensboro, North Carolina. He brings both clinical experience and genuine compassion to his work.

He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During his training, he was recognized as a Behavioral Health Integration Scholar. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Taylor worked in psychiatric and intensive care units. There, he developed strong skills in managing complex medical and mental health conditions.

As a Greensboro native, Taylor cares deeply about his community. He focuses on improving mental health outcomes for individuals across the Piedmont Triad and surrounding areas. He takes a patient-centered approach and provides thoughtful, personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.

In his practice, Taylor prioritizes compassionate and comprehensive treatment. He works closely with patients to support long-term mental wellness and meaningful progress.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He also likes outdoor activities, cheering on the Tar Heels, and traveling to new places.
