About Taylor Ellis

Taylor Ellis, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated mental health professional based at Apogee Behavioral Medicine in Greensboro, North Carolina. He brings both clinical experience and genuine compassion to his work.

He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During his training, he was recognized as a Behavioral Health Integration Scholar. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Taylor worked in psychiatric and intensive care units. There, he developed strong skills in managing complex medical and mental health conditions.
