As the Clinic Success and Optimization Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and success of our clinic. You'll lead a team overseeing health information management processes, new patient intakes, referral management, and clinician support, fostering an environment that upholds our commitment to compassionate care and excellence.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional leadership to devise continuous quality improvement related to slot utilization and new patient intake.

Identify site-level trends and strategize solutions to enhance behavioral health service delivery.

Handle patient referral emergencies effectively.

Lead meetings to foster culture, informally consult on cases, and introduce new initiatives and guidelines.

Conduct focused, constructive consultations and assessments for service improvements based on regulations and quality metrics.

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures regarding information disclosure.

Review medical records for accuracy, completeness, and resolve processing errors.

Accurately collect and manage clients’ demographic and episodic information.

Manage a hybrid medical record system, including proficiency in EHR systems.

Prepare and index documents in the EHR system, ensuring accuracy and legibility.

Monitor and track compliance with legal documents and correspondence with stakeholders.

Serve as the liaison with Legal and Risk teams concerning information releases.

Support all recruitment efforts.

Manages and assures successful new clinic launches, including first week launch activities.

Qualifications

BHA or equivalent degree

2+ years of operational management within a healthcare setting, with knowledge and experience in clinical operations and information systems.

Tech Proficiency: Ability to learn and work with various clinical information systems and technologies.

Client Engagement: Exceptional skills in engaging clients and improving business processes.
