Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and APPs, to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in new provider orientation and clinical team meetings.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR system.
- Practice standard of care for the delivery of psychotherapy services.
- Appropriately refer patients internally for medication management, psychotherapy, and other needed treatment modalities

Qualifications
- Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery
- Accepted licenses: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work. Provisionally licensed clinicians are not being considered at this time.
- Has at least 2 years of prior outpatient clinical experience preferred.
- Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a variety of models and theories of mental illness & related issues.
- Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
