She approaches therapy as a collaborative process and prioritizes building a good therapeutic relationship through compassion, empathy, and providing a non-judgemental space.
Simran earned her Master of Education in School Counseling from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her therapeutic style includes a person-centered approach, ACT, DBT, and somatic integration. Working together, she is confident she can help you navigate life’s challenges, find steadier ground, and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
