Vanessa Sampson-Schneider has over 12 years of experience effectively treating mental health and substance abuse concerns with various populations. She specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples.

Vanessa’s therapeutic training and personal values afford her the opportunity to engage in meaningful collaboration with clients as they work through client-centered goals and objectives. Vanessa provides treatment through the use of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), for those seeking individal therapy. For clients struggling with suicidality, she utilizes Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS). For couples, she utlizes Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Vanessa is excited about the opportunity to provide clients a therapeutic oasis in the desert of societal expectations, unspoken rules, and emotional voids.
