With over seven years of experience as a dedicated healthcare provider, Rachel brings a compassionate and thoughtful approach to patient care.She is committed to supporting individuals through their mental health journeys, using evidence-based practices and a collaborative mindset. Rachel attended Campbell University in NC where she obtained her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. Her background is diverse coming from Urgent Care however her primary clinical interest lies in mental health.
Rachel specializes in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and stress-related conditions. She also has a strong interest in supporting patients, navigating life transitions, and managing chronic health conditions with the holistic, mind-body approach.
Known for attentive, listening, calm demeanor patient-centered care, Rachel strives to create a safe, respectful space for individuals to feel heard and supported. Rachel looks forward to building strong therapeutic relationships with those she serves.
