This unique approach helps clients reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and build resilience in a safe and supportive environment.
In her practice, Melissa is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. She believes in empowering individuals by helping them build on their strengths and develop coping strategies that foster resilience and well-being.
Melissa is committed to ongoing professional development and is actively involved in the social work community. She regularly attends workshops and conferences to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field.
Outside of her work, Melissa enjoys practicing yoga, reading, or spending time in nature, which helps her maintain balance and self-care in her own life.
