About Kendra Frazier
Kendra Frazier is a native of western North Carolina. She is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Kendra worked as a registered nurse for 10 years. During that time, she held both clinical and administrative roles. This experience helped shape her well-rounded approach to patient care.
Her clinical work focuses on consultation, treatment selection, and care coordination. She treats patients across the lifespan and supports a wide range of psychiatric conditions. In her approach, she combines cognitive-behavioral therapy with evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Kendra is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness. In addition, she is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, the North Carolina Nurses Association, and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
