About Jasmine Peyton
Hello! My name is Jasmine Peyton, and I am an associate-level therapist with over 10 years of experience working at crisis centers. With a strong background in crisis intervention, I am here to assist individuals in tackling life challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, big transitions, or just feeling stuck. I utilize a strengths-based approach rooted in Solution-Focused Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you; it is about creating space to help you grow, heal, and feel more connected with yourself. I am here to listen, ask meaningful questions, and walk alongside you as you create the life you want.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my family (including two pugs) enjoying the many outdoor activities the “Triangle” has to offer. I am originally from Maryland, so I have a soft spot for Old Bay and seafood, but not the Ravens (Go Steelers!). In my free time, I also enjoy gardening, cooking, listening to podcasts, and watching horror movies.
