About Christi Brunson
Christi Brunson is a licensed therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience helping people move through life’s challenges with clarity and compassion. She practices holistic psychotherapy that blends evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with creative and person-centered work. In session, Christi draws from additional modalities such as mindfulness-based interventions, relaxation techniques, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to tailor treatment to each client’s needs and strengths.
Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, divorce and relationship transitions, women’s issues and reproductive-related concerns, stress and burnout, grief and loss, low self-esteem, parenting and family stress, and adjustment to chronic health conditions as well as other common mental health challenges. Christi works collaboratively with clients to develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotion-regulation skills, and build resilience so people can experience more meaningful, balanced lives.
Christi creates a safe, nonjudgmental space. She is committed to culturally sensitive, strengths-based care that honors each person’s values, pace, and goals.
