About Chelsea McGee
Hello, my name is Chelsea McGhee, LCSWA. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges, emotional distress, and personal growth. I am passionate about helping clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.
I work with both adults and children experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, stress, and life transitions. I also enjoy helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or uncertain about their next steps in life. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, focusing on helping clients build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and create patterns that support long-term emotional well-being.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I work alongside clients to identify meaningful goals, develop practical tools for managing life’s challenges, and strengthen confidence in their ability to move forward.
Seeking therapy can be a powerful step toward healing and self-understanding. I am honored to support clients on their journey toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.
