About Catherine Francis
My name is Catherine Francis, and I am an LCSWA with a passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults, from early childhood through college age. My primary clinical interests include emotional regulation, anxiety, self-exploration, identity development, and helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are open to learning more about themselves and engaging in the therapeutic process with curiosity and honesty. Teaching grounding and coping strategies is one of my favorite parts of my work, and I love helping clients build tools that support them both in and outside of sessions.
On a personal level, I value connection, growth, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be their authentic selves. I strive to be approachable, compassionate, and supportive, and I believe healing happens best in relationships built on trust, respect, and collaboration.
