About Carly Fields
Hi! My name is Carly Fields, a proud two-time alumni of East Carolina University where I received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling. I am currently an LCMHC-A who has a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults, or individuals in active recovery.
My primary clinical interests are anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and alcohol or other drug education. My approach is person-centered and process-oriented, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based techniques. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are and walking alongside them toward where they want to be, always keeping in mind that progress is a process and that giving ourselves grace is often part of the work.
Outside of the office, you can usually find me reading a good book, teaching Pilates, working on my first novel, or spending time with friends who have become family. I look forward to creating a supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered in your journey.
