Here is an experienced counselor dedicated to working with diverse populations to teach self-advocacy and inspire the completion of individual achievements and goals. This change agent is skilled in trauma-informed care and the use of evidence-based counseling modalities, including CBT, SFT, and Motivational Interviewing.

Very well versed in conducting assessments, facilitating therapeutic and educational group sessions, as well as developing and coordinating care teams for various organizations. Further experience encompasses providing therapy at various levels beginning with the highly valued individual.

Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling which preceded a state License for Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Clinical Addictions Specialist. Additional certifications were obtained in substance use/abuse, counseling and Thanatology (grief counseling).

This licensed counselor is a cherished daughter, a caring mother, a joy filled grandmother whose life’s mission is to inspire and help others.

With a purpose to meet people with compassion and empathy, this licensed clinician fully understands the impact of leadership and the necessity for guidance. With intentions to increase stability by instilling hope she looks forward to promoting optimal mental health outcomes and a sense of being made whole in the populations she serves.
