About Barbara Goodman

Barbara graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. She has 26 years of psychiatric nursing experience working in various healthcare settings, including inpatient psychiatric facilities. She earned her MSN at Walden University Minneapolis, MN. She has experience working with patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, autism, and ADHD. Barbara is passionate about providing compassionate care and support for sexual and gender minorities.

In her spare time she enjoys reading, spending time with her children and traveling.
