About Elena Eddington
Elena Eddington is a licensed clinical social worker associate and specializes in providing relational, evidence-based support to clients. Elena has a particular passion working with clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, grief and bereavement, medical issues, and aging & caregiving concerns. Her practice style is person centered and collaborative, incorporating different techniques and methods based on each individual client and their goals.
Elena obtained a Master of Social Work degree from University of Texas-Austin, where she developed a deep understanding of the importance of a holistic and supportive approach to mental health. Through her training and experience, Elena has developed a passion for incorporating nervous system regulation and somatic techniques into the therapeutic relationship. Additionally, she brings an understanding of the connection between social justice concerns and mental health, and is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space for individuals of all identities to embrace their inherent strengths and develop new skills and behaviors to foster well-being.
When she’s not at work, you might find Elena reading historical fiction, trying new recipes, watching reality TV, or hiking with her rescue Pitt Bull, Roux.
