About Brianna Williams
Hello! My name is Brianna Williams, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). I earned my Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
I have provided counseling services to adult individuals (18+) facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, social emotional issues, relationship issues, and stress. My therapeutic approach integrates techniques from Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
As a therapist, I strive to provide the utmost care in supporting you as you grow into your most authentic self. This is a safe space to move at your own pace, free of judgment, where you can show up as you are. I will act as a guide to help you navigate life’s challenges—supporting you in processing experiences, setting meaningful goals, and reaffirming your strengths. Throughout this journey, my goal is to help you experience positive and lasting change in your life.
In my free time, I love to do arts and crafts (crochet, painting, clay making, resin making), try new recipes, and be my own personal barista for my coffee and tea beverages. If I’m not doing that, you may find me out with friends, trying new restaurants and cafes, or traveling.
