Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments.

· Deliver individual, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.

· Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatrists, APPs, and therapists.

· Participate in new provider orientation and clinical team meetings.

· Maintain timely and thorough documentation in the EHR system.

· Refer patients internally for psychiatric consultation, medication management, or other clinical services as needed.

· Adhere to standards of care and ethical guidelines established by the profession and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Doctoral degree (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.

· Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery

· Experience in psychotherapy required; experience with psychological testing and report writing preferred.

· Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment models. Ability to conceptualize treatment modalities and determine appropriate placement within the continuum of care.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous professional development.

· Ability to utilize the EHR and other technology platforms for care delivery
