About Brendan Freeman
Brendan is a board-certified Physician Assistant graduating from Pfeiffer University with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to PA school, Brendan graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and a minor in Psychology.
Brendan’s passion for mental health began during his time spent in the Army where the lack of mental health resources for fellow soldiers became vitally apparent. Brendan specializes in a multitude of psychiatric conditions including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, attention deficit disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorders. Brendan practices active listening and approaching treatment and the patient alike in a holistic, mindful approach with an emphasis on addressing lifestyle factors.
In his free time, Brendan participates and trains for several types of endurance events including marathons, ultramarathons, and Hyrox competitions. Brendan also enjoys spending time with family and friends in the outdoors.
